Bulko.in par hum apne customers ko best quality products dene ki puri koshish karte hain. Agar fir bhi aapko koi issue aata hai, toh aap neeche di gayi Return Policy ke according return ya replacement request kar sakte hain.

Return/Replacement Conditions

• Product delivery ke 3–5 din ke andar return/replacement request karni hogi
• Product damage, defective ya wrong item hone par hi return accept hoga
• Product original packaging & accessories ke sath hona chahiye
• Product used ya damaged by customer hone par return accept nahi hoga

Return Acceptable Reasons

Return/Replacement following cases me accept kiya jayega:

• ✔️ Defective Product
• ✔️ Missing Accessories

Return Not Acceptable

Return following cases me accept nahi hoga:

• ✘ Change of mind
• ✘ Used Product
• ✘ Physical Damage by Customer
• ✘ Without Original Packaging

Return Process

Return karne ke liye:

• Apna Order ID share kare
• Product ki clear photo / video share kare
• Hamari team verification karegi
• Approval ke baad replacement ya refund process kiya jayega

Refund Policy

• Refund 5–7 working days me process kiya jayega
• Refund Original Payment Method / UPI / Bank Transfer se diya jayega
• COD orders ka refund Bank / UPI se diya jayega
